How can I add more detailed notes, research, or content to Tasks, Milestones, Reflections, or Sparks?

If you need to add longer content, notes, or research to a card in the MCS System, you can use the Description field—but there’s an even better way to add extra flair to your cards.

To add extra content:

✔ Scroll to the very bottom of the card and click into the blank area—this is where you can add unlimited text and content. 😲

✔ Use Notion Slash Commands ( / ) to format and structure your content for clarity.

To access Slash Commands: ✔ Click into the open-ended content area at the bottom of the card. ✔ Type / and a menu will appear with formatting options. ✔ Select what you need to keep your content structured and easy to reference.
