This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to maincharactersaga.com and voyanix LLC ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include maincharactersaga.com. The Company's website provides a digital product (the Main Character Saga Notion system) and related content. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of Your Personal Information
The Company collects only limited, anonymous information about how visitors use the website, through the privacy-focused analytics described under "Analytics" below. This information is not used to identify you, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through public areas of the website or by contacting us, that information may be collected and used by others.
We do not collect personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it. On this website, that generally means sending us an email message. This marketing website does not host user accounts and does not process payments directly — purchases of the Main Character Saga system are completed through Gumroad, our third-party checkout provider, under Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy. We use any information you provide to communicate with you and to deliver the products, support, or services you have requested.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. The Company may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, phone number) is not transferred to the third party. The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Analytics
We use two analytics tools to understand how this website is used so we can improve it. We use them for our own product and marketing insight only. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Umami. Umami is a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service. It sets no cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregate, anonymous information such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, and your general browser, device type, and country. Your IP address is used only momentarily to derive that general information and is not stored. Umami also records certain anonymous interactions that show how people move through the site — for example, which buttons or links are clicked, which frequently asked questions are expanded, and whether an on-page video is played.
PostHog. We use PostHog for product analytics and for running simple experiments (such as showing two versions of a headline to see which is clearer). To do this, PostHog stores an anonymous, randomly generated identifier in your browser using a cookie and local storage, and records events such as page views and on-site interactions. This identifier is not linked to your name or contact details, and for visitors who do not otherwise identify themselves, PostHog does not build a personal profile. PostHog processes this information on servers in the United States.
Automatically Collected Information
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and access times. This information is used to operate and secure the service, maintain its reliability, and produce general, non-identifying statistics about how the website is used.
Cookies and Local Storage
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser; local storage is a similar mechanism for saving small amounts of data. This website uses only a small number of functional and analytics identifiers. Our Umami analytics sets no cookies at all. Our PostHog analytics stores one anonymous identifier (described above) so that repeat visits and experiments can be measured consistently. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your browser settings to decline or delete them. Declining cookies will not stop you from reading or using this website, though some anonymous analytics may not be recorded.
Third-Party and Embedded Services
Some pages load content or services provided by third parties, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy. These include: Gumroad, which powers checkout and delivery of the Main Character Saga system; Questies (questies.app), our free companion timer, embedded so you can try it on the page; YouTube, embedded in privacy-enhanced "no-cookie" mode, which loads content from Google only if you press play; Cloudflare, which serves a small animation library on the post-purchase page; and Firebase Hosting (Google), which hosts and delivers this website. Loading a page that includes these services can cause the relevant provider to receive technical information such as your IP address, as a normal part of delivering their content. We do not control these third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Security of Your Personal Information
The Company secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Right to Deletion
