What are Slay Days, and how often should I have them?

Plan at least three Slay Days per week, each with:
✔ Three 55-minute Questy sessions for deep focus. ✔ A Daily or Weekly Reflection to track growth. ✔ A consistent time in your schedule—mornings, evenings, or whenever you focus best.

✔ Block specific times for your Slay Days in your calendar. ✔ Set a reminder 1 hour (or the night) before to mentally prepare. ✔ Stick to the same days & times when possible.
